Mining engineering is a division of engineering which studies the techniques for extracting minerals from natural environment that involves the energy sources, non-metallic and metallic ores and solid fuels. The mining technique involves blasting, production, processing, drilling, marketing, extraction and development. Apart from these techniques the main task of mining engineers is to check that the project on which they are working is environmentally safe and not destroying the natural environment.
